A farmer in Fukushima decided to discontinue his business

The reasons are below.
- Though their gov encourages farmers to start planting, she has no intention to inspect radiation conditions there. He supposes, "She don't want to make it clear."
- She doesn't promise to purchase farm products if they were contaminated.
- Gov also says, "Do planting if you want compensation, or you will never get it."
- There was no time to plant as a result of gov's decisions delayed.
- He couldn't accept himself to sell his products that he's not sure which they are contaminated or not.
