Content is more important than language
I added an English caption to my latest video.
Anyway, I had published some videos with descriptions in English. But it seems that English text doesn't make a contribution to boost view counts.
I think it says that a content is the most important thing whether it's written in English or not.
Of course, when content is good enough, language is the key.
