I am just released and will go into rehab for the next two months.

I got injured on a ligament under my left elbow in today's budo lesson and my child's goodies helps me until tomorrow morning.

I'm learning Zen in my Budo lessons. It's quite a technique. Anytime I lost my presence of mind at some stupid things, I can become peaceful and won't be disturbed again. I appreciate my Budo coach and my family.

Is it like a "Lyric ready, melody to go" situation?

Once I was a Karate-boy. And today I resumed my Budo life to learn the precepts of the samurai, a.k.a. Bushido.
